Leather poufs — free worldwide shipping

Atlas Classic Leather Pouf, Riad Prestige Leather Pouf and Majorelle Colour Leather Pouf ship free worldwide to destinations available at checkout. Every pouf order includes tracking and door-to-door delivery. Poufs are supplied unstuffed.

Processing: Pouf orders are prepared and shipped within 1–3 business days after the order is placed. Delivery estimates below are measured from dispatch and can vary with the carrier and customs clearance.

North America: 3–5 business days

Europe: 3–5 business days

Asia Pacific: 3–5 business days

Australia and New Zealand: 5–7 business days

Orders may ship from Marrakesh, Morocco, or our USA or Canada warehouses, depending on availability. We use USPS, FedEx Express, DHL Express and Aramex as appropriate for the shipment.

USA pouf orders — Delivered Duty Paid (DDP)

For pouf orders delivered to the USA, ZARABIA arranges Delivered Duty Paid shipping. Import duties and taxes are prepaid; you will not be asked to pay additional customs fees upon delivery. If a carrier requests an import payment, contact Contact@zarabia.co before paying it.

Chairs and other products

The free worldwide pouf rate and USA pouf DDP arrangement do not automatically apply to chairs or other products. Shipping availability and charges for those items are shown at checkout. Made-to-order production and dispatch times vary by item; consult its product page and order confirmation. Any import duties or taxes for other products will be shown at checkout when collected in advance; otherwise they may be payable upon delivery.

Local pickup and custom orders

Local pickup is available for eligible products by prior arrangement. Contact us to confirm availability and the pickup location.

Custom-made items, including doors, ceilings, bone inlay pieces and carved panels, generally require 6–8 weeks of production depending on design and material availability. Large or fragile items may require special handling or have separate shipping charges; these are confirmed before the order is processed.
