Zarabia offers free delivery on most orders over 5,000 MAD within Morocco.

Orders are carefully packed and dispatched within 2 to 4 business days.

Certain large, delicate, or fragile items may require special transportation and may only be available for local pickup.

International Shipping

International shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on the product’s size, weight, and destination.

International orders are carefully packed and dispatched within 7 to 10 business days. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination, customs procedures, and shipping carrier.

Any customs fees, taxes, tariffs, or import duties charged by the destination country are the customer’s responsibility.

Local Pickup

Local pickup is available for eligible products and must be arranged in advance.

Please confirm product availability and pickup details before collection, as certain items may be stored at different artisan workshops.

Custom Orders

Custom-made items, including doors, ceilings, bone inlay pieces, carved panels, and other bespoke products, generally require between 6 and 8 weeks of production time, depending on the design and complexity.

Production timelines are estimates and may vary depending on material availability, craftsmanship requirements, and order volume.

Large and Oversized Items

Due to their size, weight, or special handling requirements, some items are not eligible for free shipping.
