Domestic Delivery (Morocco)

  • Heritagia offers free delivery on most orders over 5,000 MAD within Morocco.

  • Orders are carefully packed and shipped within 2 to 4 business days.

  • Certain large or fragile items may require special transport and are only available for pickup in Marrakech.

International Shipping

  • International shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on product size and weight.

  • Orders are packed and shipped within 7 to 10 business days.

  • Any customs fees, taxes, or import duties charged by your country are the customer’s responsibility.

Local Pickup (Marrakech)

You may choose to pick up your online order directly from our Marrakech atelier.
Please verify product availability, as some items are stored at different artisan workshops.

Custom Orders

  • Custom-made items (doors, ceilings, bone inlay pieces, carved panels, etc.) require production time between 6 to 8 weeks, depending on the complexity.

  • For urgent or large project orders, please contact us directly.

Large & Oversized Items

Due to their size and handling requirements, some items are not eligible for free shipping.
Shipping costs for oversized items will be calculated at checkout.
